Senior Management Team
Analysis - As times change and your energy systems mature, you will
develop a set of challenges, issues and opportunities for improvement. The AFS
engineering and design teams are comprised of experienced, innovative solution
providers.
They will work with you to
determine how the best available technology can be applied to meet your specific
needs and requirements. In many cases, you will be presented with several
options, including “return on investment” as well as risk/benefit and
cost/benefit analysis. Our staff will provide detailed estimates, proposals,
and also assist you in obtaining EPA/DER permitting.
The AFS engineering and
design teams have the expertise to accept the challenges of difficult and
complex projects. We convert your challenges into design solutions and then
into the integrated components of an affordable, effective and efficient
system. Engineering, design, and detailing are preformed in-house to ensure
complete control over quality.
Design
- The AFS team is committed to providing you with a solution that
specifically meets and exceeds your needs and requirements. You do not need to
choose between models a, b and c. We will custom design your system as it
should be! Isn’t that how it should be? You get what you need; nothing more or
less.
AFS will work with you to
find the perfect balance between quality and value. We will select the
industry’s finest components from manufacturers such as Allen Bradley, SEW
Eurodrive, New York Blower, Pneumafil,
Mac, Boilersmith, Burnham and Honeywell. We will also work closely with you to
ensure all aspects of your system will work properly and efficiently with your
existing systems.
The AFS design team uses
AutoCAD and can share files with you throughout the design process. Everything
from site layouts to detailed system drawings will be completed in-house.
Fabrication

With the occasional exception of specific
large equipment and controls, every element of your AFS energy system will be
manufactured by AFS. The buck stops here! Advanced Fabrication Services, Inc,
is a premier full-service metal fabricator.

Engineering - The AFS engineering team consists of only experienced

Installation
- Two AFS field installation teams travel North America year round, installing new and retrofit AFS energy systems.
These experienced teams have installed over 200 systems for our satisfied
customers. The installation schedules will be carefully coordinated with
you to ensure minimal interruption to your operations. If you want an
on-time installation, AFS Energy Systems has the experience and manpower to get
the job done in the most efficient and effective manner.
Support - You will have questions about your system. Who do you call?
