AFS was founded in Mark's home in 1990. Since then, Mark has used his
twenty-seven years of experience to lead AFS from a small start-up company
to one of the nation's fastest growing renewable energy companies. Mark
personally oversees every major AFS project along with his experienced team
of AutoCAD designers. email
John Frailey (P.E.), VP Engineering
As one of the founders of AFS, John was integral in the development and
success of the company. A Physical Engineer (PA Reg.# PE-037927-E),
John received his Mechanical Engineering Degree from Auburn University in 1978.
John and his engineering team design the AFS energy systems, manage all
aspects of your controls, start-up your new system and train your team on
operation and maintenance. email
Jay Clark, VP Sales
Understanding your needs and proposing an affordable system that exceeds
your expectations is the sole mission of Jay Clark, the third founder of AFS
Energy Systems. Over thirty years of experience allow Jay to understand
your industry as well as your specific needs and challenges. He will focus
on ensuring your system pays for itself rapidly and makes your operation
more productive and profitable.

Doug Fisher, Chief Operations Officer
Doug oversees all operations at the AFS complex in Harrisburg, PA.
In addition to managing the metal fabrication facility, Doug is also
responsible for Finance and Human Relations. He received a Master in
Management from Troy State and a Bachelor of Arts from Penn State
