John Frailey (P.E.), VP Engineering
As one of the founders of AFS, John was integral in the development and success of the company.  A Physical Engineer (PA Reg.# PE-037927-E).  John received his Mechanical Engineering Degree from Auburn University in 1978.
John and his engineering team design the AFS energy systems, manage all aspects of your controls, start-up your new system and train your team on operation and maintenance.  email

Doug Fisher
Chief Operations Officer & VP Business Development
Doug oversees all operations at the AFS complex in Harrisburg, PA.  In addition to managing the metal fabrication facility, Doug is also responsible for Finance, Technology, Human Relations and Business Development.  He received a Master in Management from Troy State and a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communications from Penn State University.  email
