2.  Design - The AFS Design Team is committed to providing you with a solution that specifically meets and exceeds your needs and requirements.  You do not need to choose between models a, b and c because we will custom design your system.  Isn’t that how it should be?  You get what you need; nothing more or less.

3.  Fabrication - With the occasional exception of specific equipment and controls, every element of your AFS energy system will be manufactured by AFS.  The buck stops here!  Advanced Fabrication Services, Inc, is a premier full-service metal fabricator. 

4.  Engineering - The AFS engineering team consists of only experienced professionals.  There is no substitute for a biomass veteran who has seen it all.  John Frailey and his team are committed to analyzing, designing and supporting your system, ensuring you realize the “return on investment” you deserve.

5.  Installation - AFS field installation teams travel North America, installing new AFS energy systems and retrofitting competitor systems that are not meeting expectations.  These experienced teams have installed over 80 systems for our satisfied customers.  The installation schedules will be carefully coordinated with you to ensure minimal interruption to your operations. 

6.  Support - You will have questions about your system.  Who do you call?  There is only one number to remember because AFS is the complete solution.  We support what we design, build and install.  The same professionals who start your system and train your users are available to answer your questions and assist you with system management and routine maintenance.

7.  Service - Our engineers and field technicians are prepared to “hit the road” and service your system when you need help.  If you provide high speed access, they can usually dial-in and help you tweak your system without delay.  We know our systems, and those of our competitors, so well that we’ll be able to help you with almost any situation, any time, any place.
