Cogeneration

Lower or Eliminate Your Electric Bill

Combined heat and power (CHP) also known as Cogeneration is where a single boiler system is used to produce electrical or mechanical power and useful thermal energy for heating or cooling. AFS cogeneration systems are generating power that is located closer to the point of consumption than a central system increasing operational efficiency and energy production.

Our AFS engineering team and Cogen partners build CHP steam systems that are cost effective, designed and deployed quickly, and because they are a single-source system a variety of fuels can be utilized. CHP systems themselves are smaller than a central system so they have fewer geographic limitations.

Our steam turbines are built to perform and endure years of continuous service.
