AFS Energy designs, manufactures, and installs custom dust collection and pneumatic transfer systems that will collect your residue for use as an alternative fuel source reducing cost of energy and maintenance.

Our systems use a combination of cyclones, baghouse collectors, fans, and ductwork components paired to an integrated control system.  A custom designed dust collection system by AFS will ensure minimal energy consumption at the same time optimizing performance and safety.

An AFS dust collection system offers a completely engineered spark detection and extinguishing systems coupled to abort/isolation gates to meet all your insurance requirements and provide added level of safety in your plant by improving air quality and reducing risk of fire.
