Direct Fired Green Sawdust Burners

Featuring a cost savings Recirculation System!

AFS Direct Fired Green Sawdust Burners provide economical solutions to many of the shortcomings of conventional direct fired designs. These customized burners provide an effective way to take advantage of a very efficient and cost-effective heating solution with renewable green energy.

The AFS burner gasifies the wood in the burner at much lower temperatures reducing wear and tear on the burner. Gases exiting the burner are carried by the heat duct and through a dual afterburner system where it is completely ignited providing clean gases to the recirculation air system.

AFS Direct Fired Burners feature the cost saving recirculation system, sloped grate design, automatic ash removal, pit-less burner, fuel feed conveyor, ash conveyors and kiln condensate collection. Using a unique dual after-burner design these units provide clean and complete combustion without ash carry over into the kiln.

Like all our systems, yours will be designed and fabricated in house and installed on site by AFS’s own team and upon completion you will receive continued support and service to ensure your biomass systems is meeting your organization’s renewable energy needs.
